The Barracks is a military building in MEGA. It costs 100 and has 220 durability. It raises your population limit by 20.

Select a finished Barracks in City View and click a unit portrait to buy it.

Placing

Place it in Build View () on clear ground inside your city wall. It starts in your hotbar. Your citizens finish construction, and the cost comes out of your gold.
