A City Worth Saving
From the MEGA Wiki
A City Worth Saving is an achievement in MEGA. The task is: Reach 30 citizens in your city.
How to get it
You start with 12 citizens and a limit of 12, so you need at least 18 more housing. One
Small Skyscraper (+30) is enough on its own, or two
Houses (+10 each). New citizens only move in while your city isn't under attack (see Raids).
